The project plans have allowed us to remain alert throughout the progress of the project until project goals are reached.
At JBCS, we sees Project Plans as critically important elements of the project execution or management plan that is why we develop these plans with Clients input to suit project requirements. The Project Management Plan generates other Project Plans as subsidiary documents depending on the magnitude of the project.
